The riding of Sherwood Park – Fort Saskatchewan is a federal electoral district that represents the large hamlet of Sherwood Park, the city of Fort Saskatchewan and rural Strathcona County. With an approximate population of 190,965 residents, the riding is located east of Edmonton and west of Elk Island National Park. This riding was first created in 2012 by the federal electoral boundaries redistribution, and was registered as an official riding in 2013. It has been represented in the House of Commons since October 2015 by Member of Parliament, Garnett Genuis.
